What We Do.
Working as both Main Contractor and Sub Contractor, A. Kennedy Construction are skilled constructors working across four primary disciplines; Groundworks & Civil Engineering, Formwork, Highways and Sewers & Drainage.
We deliver civil engineering and groundworks for new commercial and residential developments. We also have a wealth of experience in erecting reinforced-concrete frames for residential, leisure and commercial developments. Working as Main Contractor, we are skilled at providing infrastructure and roadworks for new large-scale residential developments including challenging S278 works, S38 Spine Roads, and high-volume S104 attenuation schemes and pumping stations.
Our experienced on-site teams excel in both live facilities with restricted footprints and unrestricted green fields, and our multi-skilled workforce ensure our projects meet the strict deadlines of our valued clients without compromising on quality.
Groundworks & Civil Engineering.
One of our main areas of work is the installation of building foundations. We install them for a wide range of clients, ranging from housing developers through to project managers working on large scale commercial construction projects.
We can install your foundations to your exact specifications up to DPC, working closely with all the relevant parties such as surveyors and architects.
Drainage & Sewers.
We install all foul and surface drainage infrastructure for new developments, including pumping stations, ranging from 150mm diameter pipework up to 3m diameter pipes. Supply and install surface water attenuation tanks, box culverts, plastic storage tanks, soak away crates, water storage crates and carlow tanks and all section 104 agreement works.
Highways.
We carry out all aspects of road construction, ranging from minor road construction to large highways including section 278 works for local authority contracts. This entails the construction of the road from inception.
We have the ability to consistently meet or exceed our clients expectations through our large dedicated workforce and our extensive fleet of specialised plant and equipment.
Formwork.
We have been building structures as standalone or as part of a wider infrastructure project requirement across the different sectors since our company formation.
The method of construction varies; our expertise includes reinforced concrete, gabions, crib walls, masonry.
our skilled team of shuttering joiners and concrete operatives have provided excellent high quality in- situ structural concrete works below and above ground.
